Customers' expectations when booking a limo:


Unanswered calls, ignored email and an unpleasant call takers are the common problems that many people face. Please clarify all the expenses in a written quote, for example taxes, gratuity, fuel surcharges etc. We  Hate to get a surprise unexpected bill at the end.
  • Fancy fake limo
For God sake use real pictures of the limos that you have. Your website shows a real fancy limos but when we book we actually get a limo that is not even half decent. 
Would like to share a true story here:
Once we order a stretch limo for 7 people (don't want to mention the name if the company). We booked the fancy looking limo from their website. Once limo came to pick us up ww found out that it's not the same limo that they show on their website. Moreover that limo is only good for 6 people. We don't have the choice of calling someone else because of the time we have to make. So we decided to squeeze in. It was a hot summer day and we are really squeezed in. Guess what? Limo does not even had an AC. Plus no music to listen to. We are all sweating. We felt that someone is going to pass out or die in this limo. 30 minutes limo ride felt like 30 years. We did made it but funny thing neither the driver nor the company was apologetic. Worse experience. 
Drivers should be well dressed, presentable with basic knowledge of the city. We hired your services so that you drive and we enjoy in the back of the limo. We don't appreciate if we have to give you directions all the way from pick up point to the drop off.
  • Little things goes long way:-
We really appreciate a nice clean good smelling limo. Also a cold bottle of water on a hot sunny day  would get you my repeat business and might get you some referrals too. Nothing like a timely service.
